Community Sponsorship Packages
We are hoping to build more long-term partnerships with our Sponsors. As a long-term partner, you would get more exposure throughout the year through our website, our newsletters, and other major events that we host (for example Ramadan Rush for Rewards).
Package 1: Executive Community Sponsor – $3,500
- Platinum Package for Lunch – You will receive a FULL page (5″x8″) of sponsorship space in our event program booklet, an EXCLUSIVE table for you to use for sponsorship material and the option of having a female REP at the table, and special mention during the event. In addition, you will receive 2 tickets to the event.
- Full year inclusion in every e- newsletter for your logo
- Space on our website for the full year displaying your Logo
- During Ramadan
- Inclusion in every event postcard (about 5-6 in total that are distributed on a weekly basis) to mention something like “MWA is partnering with XXX to help better serve the community.” (To be customized with sponsor).
- Link to your website from the logo
Package 2: Gold Community Sponsor – $2,500
- Gold Package for Lunch – You will receive a FULL page (5″x8″) of sponsorship space in our event program booklet, an EXCLUSIVE table for you to use for your sponsorship material, special mention during the event and 1 ticket to the event.
- Space on our website for six months displaying your Logo
- During Ramadan
- Inclusion in 2 event postcards (about 5-6 in total that are distributed on a weekly basis) to mention something like “MWA is partnering with XXX to help better serve the community.” (To be customized with sponsor).
Lunch Advertising
PLATINUM $2,000
- You will receive a FULL page (5″x8″) of sponsorship space in our event program booklet, an EXCLUSIVE table for you to use for sponsorship material and the option of having a female REP at the table , a three- time inclusion in our e-newsletter that will reach our 2,000+ member list-serve and special mention during the event. In addition, you will receive 6- months of advertising space in the “Sponsors” section of our MWA website and 2 tickets to the event.
GOLD $1500
- You will receive a FULL page (5″x8″) of sponsorship space in our event program booklet, an EXCLUSIVE table for you to use for your sponsorship material, a three-time inclusion in our e-newsletter that will reach our 2,000+ member list-serve, special mention during the event and 1 ticket to the event.
SILVER $750
- You will receive 1/2 page (5″x4″) of advertisement space in our event program booklet, space on our sponsorship display table (business cards and/or fliers), and a one-time inclusion in our e-newsletter that will reach our 2,000+ member list-serve (most of whom are in the Chicago land area).
BRONZE $450
- You will receive 1/4 page (2.5″x4″) of advertisement space in our event program booklet along with space on our sponsorship display table at the event to showcase your business’s marketing (business cards and/or fliers).
A La Carte Menu
- FULL page (5″x8″) of sponsorship space in our event program booklet – $1,000
- 1/2 page (5ʺx4ʺ) of advertisement space in our event program booklet – $650
- Sponsor wishes to purchase additional tickets – 10% discount
- Only display business’s marketing on a sponsorship table – $300
